🔻🔺وزارت بهداشت افزایش ۳۵ درصدی تعرفه پزشکان را تایید کرد

دکتر سعید کریمی گفت: تعرفه پزشکان عمومی در سال جاری، 126 هزار تومان، پزشکان متخصص، 189 هزار تومان، پزشکان فوق تخصص و فلوشیپ 241 هزار تومان، متخصصان روانپزشکی 251 هزار تومان، پزشکان فوق تخصص روانپزشکی 286 هزار تومان است

وی جزء حرفه ای اعمال جراحی و خدمات را در بخش خصوصی 101 هزار تومان و برای تمام وقت جغرافیایی و بخش دولتی، 30 هزار تومان دانست و گفت: تعرفه های پزشکی امسال نسبت به سال گذشته به طور متوسط 35 درصد افزایش داشته که جای قدردانی از دولت دارد چراکه در دوران گذشته هیچ گاه شاهد رشد 35 درصدی تعرفه ها نبوده ایم.

دکتر کریمی با بیان اینکه تعرفه های پزشکی ابتدا در شورای عالی بیمه تصویب می شود که افزایش 46 درصدی در نظر گرفته شده بود، گفت: پس از بررسی و تایید این مصوبه در سازمان برنامه و بودجه و طرح آن در هیات دولت، در نهایت افزایش 35 درصدی تعرفه هاابلاغ شده که مورد حمایت و پوشش بیمه ها نیز قرار می گیرد. / وزارت بهداشت

Telegram and Signal Havens for Right-Wing Extremists

Since the violent storming of Capitol Hill and subsequent ban of former U.S. President Donald Trump from Facebook and Twitter, the removal of Parler from Amazon’s servers, and the de-platforming of incendiary right-wing content, messaging services Telegram and Signal have seen a deluge of new users. In January alone, Telegram reported 90 million new accounts. Its founder, Pavel Durov, described this as “the largest digital migration in human history.” Signal reportedly doubled its user base to 40 million people and became the most downloaded app in 70 countries. The two services rely on encryption to protect the privacy of user communication, which has made them popular with protesters seeking to conceal their identities against repressive governments in places like Belarus, Hong Kong, and Iran. But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
